Kinosaki Onsen

Personal work inspired by a trip to Japan and the town of Kinosaki Onsen. The first piece captures my partner and I in the hot Spring baths surrounded by the mountainous landscape. The second image is inspired by one of the many botanical gardens we visited and the magic of the changing autumnal leaves. Inspired by traditional Japanese woodblocks and colour schemes of Japanese postcards.
